Contributions

Please submit you abstracts for both oral and poster presentations here.

You will be asked to upload a file with your abstract during the submission process. Please use this template.

Submissions are possible until:

•       April 30, 2025 for oral presentations

•       July 31, 2025 for poster presentations

Registration

Independent of you submission, please register in the same portal as above.

Conference fee

Early-bird registration is possible until June 30, 2025:

Academic Participants: 500 €

Industrial Participants: 650 €

After that, the following costs will apply:

Academic Participants: 600 €

Industrial Participants: 750 €

Stipends

To support students, we offer a limited number of scholarships for which the participation fee is waived. Applications are possible until April 30, 2025. If you would like to apply, please email us at biosurfactants@iamb.rwth-aachen.de with a compelling motivation letter explaining why you should be considered.
